Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable linehaul or long-haul driving experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety protocols and defensive driving techniques
- Proficiency in time management and route planning
- Ability to operate dispatch systems and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
Nice to have
- Hazmat endorsement or specialized cargo handling experience
- Experience with freight management systems and logistics coordination
