Responsibilities
- ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
- ⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
- ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC/WFD applications.
- We also empower the business with agile digital at scale to deliver unprecedented levels of performance and customer delight.

- Experience in Kronos WFC/WFD with functional expertise in scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities modules.
- Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFD with middle layers like Dell Bhoomi etc.
- Knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.
- Experience on UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows
- Experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions
- Timekeeping and Analytics
- Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML2 Imports, Web services and standard Import Tables.
- Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos timekeeper, accruals and activities
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
