Responsibilities
- OCC, Fed and FDIC regulated banks use Bretton AI to run compliance, risk, fraud, and operations on one platform, on their own data and policies, with every output traced, cited, and audit-ready.
- Solve hard problems that help financial institutions fight fraud and manage risk.
- Build AI agents, workflow engines, data pipelines, and sophisticated UIs.
- Ship features that matter, influence product direction, and own outcomes.
- Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, and analytics.
- Build document analysis and verification systems.
- You'll build systems that process thousands of cases, save compliance teams significant time, and directly contribute to company revenue.
Requirements
- 4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr.
- A track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability is critical.
- Clear communication skills-you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences.
