Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex BeanShell and Java rules for:
  • Building custom REST, SOAP, and JDBC connectors
  • Integrating legacy government systems lacking out-of-the-box SailPoint support
  • Utilize the SailPoint Object API to programmatically manage:
  • Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance using:

Requirements

  • This role requires deep hands-on expertise in BeanShell scripting, Java development, and XML configuration, with a strong focus on identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, and complex workflow development.
  • The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work within highly secure, compliance-driven environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science 3 years of professional Java development experience with deep expertise in BeanShell scripting and XML configuration
  • OR 7+ years of professional Java development experience with the same technical expertise

Nice to have

  • SQL and database troubleshooting
  • API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
  • Web server environments (Tomcat, JBoss)
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold a Public Trust security clearance (or higher)
  • SailPoint Certified Engineer (IdentityIQ), is a plus.
  • Experience working within federal or highly regulated environments, is a plus.

Compensation

  • $205,000 - $250,000 depending on experience and skill set.
