Developing and implementing enterprise-wide compliance policies, controls, training, and audit mechanisms
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, training programs, and monitoring frameworks.

8+ years of legal experience (including clerkships).
Substantial experience with export controls, classification, nuclear compliance, or national security matters.
Experience in the nuclear, national security, or similarly highly regulated industry.
Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical business guidance.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$230,000 annually.
Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.

Compliance Attorney
As the first compliance-focused attorney at the company, you will collaborate with the General Counsel to help design and build the legal compliance function.
This is a significant role with high autonomy, responsibility, and opportunities to collaborate with business and technical leads to enhance the compliance posture within their organizations.
