About the role

As the site leader, the Operations Manager is accountable for the full performance of the warehouse facility.
Champion OSHA compliance, PPE availability, and a safety-first culture across your team.
Strategic & Cross-Functional: Assist with P&L management for your market, understanding the cost drivers and levers within your control.

Own daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation, ensuring packages are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
Drive Safety, Quality, and Cost metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
Hire, train, mentor, and develop a team of rotating temporary hourly associates depending on volume Build bench strength by growing the number of qualified warehouse personnel in your market ahead of volume increases.
Partner with your direct Manager on platform associate workforce planning and team engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Operations, People, and Central Ops to resolve issues and exceed client expectations.

4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or last mile transportation.
3 years of experience managing teams of direct and indirect reports in an operations environment.
experience with Google Sheets to track KPIs and drive decision and an interest in utilizing AI to optimize workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
