Responsibilities

  • We are currently in search of a Branch Inventory Coordinator to support our local team.
  • Serve as part of the team who builds and delivers Bookjoy as a Branch Inventory Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or (GED) equivalent
  • Prefer 2-years inventory experience with a distribution company, in an inventory related position, with developed specialized skills through job-related training
  • Must be able to completes work with a limited degree of supervision
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on an unassisted basis, repetitively
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced distribution center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) (Outlook) (Word) required
  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Demonstrate proficiency and effectiveness in Warehouse Associate IV(4) or PEO I
  • Must operate all power equipment upon successful completion of the SBF powered equipment program.
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
  • Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic experience and familiarity with the fundamental capabilities of computers and communications systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, distribution, inventory, customer lists and financial reports
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of inventory scanner systems is preferred
