Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work night shift, including weekend day and weekend night schedules with required overtime on weekdays and/or weekends at our Decherd Plant
- Wear required dress code which may include shirt, pants and/or shoes, depending on role (uniforms optional)
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, goggles, or other items designated for your workstation.
- English fluency required for effective communication and safety.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated stable and verifiable work history (experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus)
Skills

- Assemble engines and automotive parts
- Operate wide variety of air and/or battery power tools, hand tools, computerized or mechanical equipment
- Task such as installing, mounting, fastening, aligning, wiring, and connecting parts
- Work while walking, standing, reaching, bending, crouching, or kneeling for set periods of time
- Follow directions to work in a collaborative manner within designated timeframes
- Work in a fast-paced environment with machine sounds, noises and motorized equipment present.
