About the role
- Job Description Plaza Motors in Creve Coeur is now hiring an experienced Parts Advisor / Counterperson for our high-volume BMW dealership Parts department.
- A Parts Advisor be responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts as well as seeking out and soliciting business.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times, and provide support for technical parts questions
- Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines
- Maintain daily metric goals
- Perform other duties as needed
- Robust OEM support
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
