About the role
- The Program Director reports to the Executive Director and oversees all duties related to running the Reintegration program and the 24 unit apartment complex.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain administrative systems necessary to support effective program operations in coordination with Property Manager/Intake Director.
- Program Support for the Reintegration Program
- Create and maintain case notes on each interaction with residents within 24 hours, including weekly meetings
- Create progress reports at indicated intervals - 30, 60, 90 days and then every 90 days following
- Maintain positive, functional relationships with community, government and referral agencies
- Maintain strong leadership in any situation, including conflict resolution, crisis response, difficult relational dynamics
Requirements
- You have the ability to switch between "big picture" coordination of services and caring individually for the residents we serve.
- You won't work alone in this task as you have an entire Care Team.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test upon receiving an offer of employment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
