About the role
- Work with R&D, marketing, packaging, suppliers and plants to execute manufacturing friendly new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop automation and manufacturing concepts, including justification, technical feasibility, specifications, timeline and cost for existing and new products.
- Lead and coordinate the design, development and installation of equipment that will give Revlon unique technological capabilities and products.
- Design and manage the building of equipment working with outside machine shops and equipment vendors
- Manage implementation of machine modifications, tooling and upgrades to meet changing production requirements.
- Utilize project management tools in the developing and execution of projects.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience
- Thorough technical knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.
- Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems and equipment.

- Machine design capability utilizing CAD

- The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 / year
- however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). - Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
