About the role
- Adeedo is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Accurately document client interactions while managing multiple tasks.
- Meet productivity goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Develop a working knowledge of our products and services.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of call center experience.
- Ability to type 45+ WPM while talking and multitasking.
- This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required.
- Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
Nice to have
- HVAC or plumbing industry experience is a plus.
- Service Titan experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Compensation
- $20k-$24k
