- You'll play a key role in designing thoughtful, elegant solutions that empower users and improve the overall customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals and user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and improve design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility throughout the product development process.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate interaction and design intent.
- Create and maintain visual assets, components, and design patterns aligned with LeanData's brand and design system.
- Deliver detailed specifications and interaction documentation for developers to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in regular design critiques - offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate team output.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.
- Experience working within an established brand or design system.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing automation products (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with Agile product development processes.
