About the role

  • Account Managers provide high-quality service to our Clients (who are primarily large, complex accounts in real estate & development industries) and Account Executives.
  • They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response.
  • Primarily in-office: This role must work in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the activity for assigned accounts
  • Manage the schedule of values for each assigned Client
  • Create schedules of insurance and proposals
  • Maintain current schedule and policy records in SAGE, our custom broking system
  • Manage day to day account transactions including additions, deletions of vehicles, acquisitions
  • Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, Loss Run reports and similar documents as needed
  • Support administration of program adjustments including dividend and audit adjustments

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • MUST HAVE: Strong sense of urgency and thoroughness.
  • Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • College degree in Insurance or related field preferred but n
  • REQUIRED: Candidates with current commercial insurance industry experience, licensed in P&C.
  • Strongly prefer candidates with at least 2-3+ years of experience working for a commercial insurance brokerage servicing middle market to large accounts.
  • Real estate experience nice to have but not required.
