  • This position is a key member of the Client Advisory Team, supporting Directors and Managing Directors in delivering comprehensive wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory & Relationship Support
  • Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, in both a primary and support capacity with the goal of becoming the trusted advisor for our client families.
  • Partner with our wealth planning team (when applicable) to ensure clients' income tax, estate, and philanthropic plans are executed.
  • Prepare and maintain client balance sheet and data aggregation (when applicable).
  • Source and support the team in identifying and pitching new potential clients.
  • Support the Client Advisory Team in implementing Investment Research Team's guidance.
  • Create and maintain investment policy statements for clients.
  • This role supports the firm's Winter Park, FL office.
  • to help clients pursue their Preferred Life - with clarity, confidence, and long-term support across the full landscape of wealth and well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Completion of advanced degree or certification CFP, CFA, MBA, or JD required.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory required with demonstrated client engagement experience.
  • Series 65 required (or attained within 90 days of employment).
  • This role offers the opportunity to deepen client engagement, expand technical expertise, and contribute meaningfully to a growing advisory platform serving sophisticated clients with complex needs.
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory required with demonstrated client engagement experience.
  • Professional Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive matters effectively.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and their professional advisors regarding investments, high-level estate planning items, investment and financial markets, and high-level tax planning items.
  • Foundational knowledge of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments.
  • Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and assume increasing responsibility over time.
