- This position is a key member of the Client Advisory Team, supporting Directors and Managing Directors in delivering comprehensive wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Relationship Support
- Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, in both a primary and support capacity with the goal of becoming the trusted advisor for our client families.
- Partner with our wealth planning team (when applicable) to ensure clients' income tax, estate, and philanthropic plans are executed.
- Prepare and maintain client balance sheet and data aggregation (when applicable).
- Source and support the team in identifying and pitching new potential clients.
- Support the Client Advisory Team in implementing Investment Research Team's guidance.
- Create and maintain investment policy statements for clients.
- This role supports the firm's Winter Park, FL office.
- to help clients pursue their Preferred Life - with clarity, confidence, and long-term support across the full landscape of wealth and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Completion of advanced degree or certification CFP, CFA, MBA, or JD required.
- 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory required with demonstrated client engagement experience.
- Series 65 required (or attained within 90 days of employment).
- This role offers the opportunity to deepen client engagement, expand technical expertise, and contribute meaningfully to a growing advisory platform serving sophisticated clients with complex needs.
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory required with demonstrated client engagement experience.
- Professional Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive matters effectively.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Salesforce experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Comfortable communicating with clients and their professional advisors regarding investments, high-level estate planning items, investment and financial markets, and high-level tax planning items.
- Foundational knowledge of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments.
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and assume increasing responsibility over time.
