Responsibilities

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of network engineering expertise and software development experience, with proven success delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in network automation or related engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks such as Netmiko, NAPALM, Nornir, or Scrapli.
- Experience working with modern network APIs including NETCONF, RESTCONF, and gNMI.
- Strong knowledge of Ansible and Jinja2 templating for network automation.
- Experience with source-of-truth platforms such as NetBox, Nautobot, or similar solutions.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with multi-vendor network environments including Cisco, Arista, and Juniper.
Nice to have
- Preferred experience with Cisco DevNet or other vendor automation certifications.
- Experience with streaming telemetry, observability platforms, open-source automation projects, or cloud networking automation is a plus.
Compensation
- Competitive annual salary range of $100,000-$150,000.
