Responsibilities

  • Maintains close communication with the Director of Lease Finance and Accounting and other departmental and field management as needed to ensure appropriate notification and resolution of lease and operational related issues.
  • Maintains archive of leasing contracts, amendments, and other leasing documents.
  • Collaborates with management to design, prepare and distribute reports in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing various software programs.
  • Create various ad-hoc reports, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Limited Travel may be required SUPERVISION: Typically supervises non-exempt staff (includes but is not limited to Lease Auditor and Senior Lease Auditor).

Skills

  • 5+ years of related experience, or 1-3 years experience as a Supervisor or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accounting, lease administration, or finance background Ability to understand, interpret and abstract Lease terminology.
  • Relevant experience in a fast paced, multi-project, operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft's Office Suite as well as using SAP (a plus but not required).
  • Detail oriented.
  • Dependable & reliable.
