About the role
- Pay Rate: $27.48 per hour RADIAS Health is hiring a full-time (40 hours per week) Mental Health Practitioner to provide mental health services at our Crisis Stabilization program.
- The staff will provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for 12-16 adults struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.
- The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs.
Responsibilities
- This position functions as an integral part of a treatment team and is responsible for providing direct service to the clients as well as assisting the Therapists in developing treatment plans.
- Duties & Responsibilities Teach and develop independent living skills (relaxation, conversation skills, housekeeping, budgeting, etc.
Requirements
- Upon successful completion of required medication test, administer medications under the supervision of the facility's nurse.
Compensation
- $12k-$16k

- Assist the Mental Health Therapists in developing treatment plans.
