Responsibilities
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
Requirements
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability a must
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
- Flexible scheduling with after-school and weekend cases available
- Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship
- Opportunities for career growth and BCBA track development
- Streamlined systems for scheduling, data collection, and documentation
- Consistent case availability
- Collaborative and clinician-focused team environment
Nice to have
- 6 months experience working with children strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection strongly preferred
- Experience with session note writing and documentation strongly preferred
Compensation
- $24-$28 per Hour Flexible Schedule | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
