About the role
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, Welders are responsible for repairing and maintaining site structures and equipment in a shop or field environment.
- This is a full-time hourly position that offers an attractive 4x4 schedule consisting of days and nights.

Requirements
- The position is site-based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and the ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Sparwood, B.C is necessary.
Compensation
- $132,000 - $134,000 CAD / Year Base earnings reflected in salary range includes the hourly wage plus applicable shift premiums and will differ depending on location.
- It is calculated using a reasonably expected number of hours worked per year.
- This position involves welding and fabricating heavy mining equipment and structures in an industrial environment.
- If you're a Red Seal Welder, Journeyperson Welder, or CWB Certified Welder with experience in structural welding and heavy equipment repair, we encourage you to apply.
