Every requisition it fulfills converts qualified nearshore talent into billable capacity for the business; as such, speed-to-fill, candidate quality, and client experience are central measures of the role's success.

Although the role is positioned under Human Resources, it carries a direct revenue-generation responsibility.

Participate in daily and status meetings with internal recruitment teams (HITSS Solutions) to review pipeline progress, address blockers, and align on hiring priorities.
Additionally, we will hold weekly meetings with the providers.
Prepare and distribute daily internal reports summarizing key recruitment metrics, open requisitions, candidate pipeline status, and risks.
Review and refine client-provided job descriptions to improve clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with current IT market standards and technical requirements.
