About the role

  • Applying deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges and ensure successful operational outcomes.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing system performance through proactive analysis, health assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions that maximize reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and enhancing implementation methodologies, best practices, and service delivery standards to drive consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Establishing repeatable processes, maintain configuration integrity, and contribute to the organization's global knowledge base.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation that support informed decision-making and long-term success.

Requirements

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of cloud environments, Windows server infrastructure, networking concepts and SQL/Oracle database.
  • Foundational AWS knowledge (EC2 and S3) is preferred.

Compensation

  • The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent field of study, or 6+ years of above-related experience in lieu of a degree.
