About the role

The Construction Survey Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our field survey crews and project managers by coordinating construction staking efforts and preparing accurate proposals and estimates.
This hybrid role requires both strong organizational skills and technical knowledge to bridge the gap between the field, office, and client.

Track project progress and proactively manage deadlines, materials, and crew workloads
Estimating & Proposal Support
Collaborate with survey managers and engineers to develop project scope and cost breakdowns
Maintain cost databases and historical pricing information

Ability to lift and/or carry items ( up to 20 lbs.)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (field checks)

4+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in construction staking coordination
2+ years of experience in estimating survey work or related civil engineering services.
Strong understanding of land development processes and construction documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and project management software
Familiarity with local regulations, survey standards, and construction practices
