Responsibilities
- Drive a consistent, high-impact P&L reporting rhythm, proactively identifying business trends and providing granular insights to enhance stakeholder accountability and influence strategic direction.
- Lead the automation and integration of AI tools within the P&L workstream to significantly improve operational efficiency, productivity, and reporting accuracy.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects across Finance, Engineering, Product, Strategy, and Operation and Go-To-Market organizations, ensuring alignment and timely delivery against demanding deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Experience in project management or cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating fast-evolving environments, such as the scaling AI landscape.
- Technical proficiency to leverage advanced analytics and latest AI productivity tools to automate modeling and reporting, eliminate manual overhead, and modernize traditional financial planning processes.
