Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation or insurance processes is preferred.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
- Ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in BA tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
