Prior experience (2-4 years) supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.

2nd (3PM-11 PM), Mon-Fri, 3rd (11PM-7AM), Mon-Fri We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality production.
As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide and develop your team, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
Requires strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
