Responsibilities
- Establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships
- Forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth
- You're the type who lives for the hunt, isn't afraid to knock on doors, and thrives on turning cold leads into long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales,
- Proven track record as a hunter -consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required)
- Celebrating over 40 years in business and STILL GROWING!
Compensation
- Full-time role with competitive base salary + uncapped commission
