About the role
- Thuma's Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco.
- This role involves three to five days in office each week.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging marketing assets, including but not limited to emails, social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral.
- Collaborate with the brand team to maintain a consistent visual identity across various channels and platforms.
- Partner with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to execute high-quality creative solutions for web, ads, emails, social media, and other digital marketing materials.
- Drive end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to final deployment, ensuring quality and brand consistency throughout.
- Develop innovative, on-brand creative concepts for the Growth Marketing team, including static and motion ads, marketing emails, and social media assets.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactively present design concepts, articulate creative rationale, and incorporate internal team and stakeholder feedback to achieve objectives.
- Evolve and maintain the company's design guidelines, ensuring scalability and consistency across all creative outputs.
- 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment, with a standout portfolio showcasing creative versatility and high-impact work.
- Exceptional creative taste and attention to detail, paired with the ability to balance conceptual and executional design needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency with contemporary AI-assisted creative tools and workflows, including image generation, ideation, and production acceleration.
- Motion design experience, including proficiency with tools such as After Effects, is a strong plus.
