About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Maintenance Technician I role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.
  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus!
  • The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Compensation

  • earn $33.25 per hour, including shift differential.
