About the role
- The Global Transformation Team is a small, high-leverage team with a global remit.

- Track progress, surface blockers, and maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams
- Manage and motivate a distributed network of contributing engineers and consultants (who do not report directly to you) across all geographies contributing to AI initiatives. This requires you to collaborate egolessly

- Develop frameworks and playbooks that help ProServ teams embed AI into their day-to-day
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI concepts, tooling and the current landscape - including agentic AI, LLMs, and workflow automation
- Experience working alongside engineers and a track record of earning their respect

- 5+ years of experience in a product, transformation, technical consulting or similar role
