About the role
- This position follows a hybrid schedule, working three days per week from our Montreal office and the option to work from home for the remaining days, in accordance with business needs and our flexible working policy.
- Technical Accounting Business Advisory Review complex contracts, commercial arrangements, and strategic transactions to assess accounting, financial reporting, and business implications.
- Research and interpret accounting standards and emerging developments impacting the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, Legal, Procurement, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and achieve business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of accounting policies, guidance, and best practices.
- The team partners closely with business leaders to provide practical guidance on complex transactions, strategic initiatives, and financial reporting matters.
