About the role
- Line Cook III's will use knives, ovens, grills, warming trays and other cooking instruments in accordance with culinary standards and safe operation.
- Flexible schedule with hours between 6:00AM and 2:00AM.
- Overtime may be available at $27.00 to $33.00 per hour Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday-Friday, will be used to calculate wages, and will be paid bi-weekly.

Requirements
- Must have or be able to attain a valid foodhandlers card for West Virginia.
- Must be able to communicate verbally in basic English.
- Special Requirements for the job: Must have or be able to attain a valid foodhandlers card for West Virginia.
- Required to be able to work weekends, holidays, morning, day and evening shifts.
- 6 months of Cook or Culinary experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
- Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.
- Tools: The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
