About the role
- As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll serve as a critical link between the field and project management.
- will include but not be limited to: Project Planning and Coordination: Understanding our client's needs and the scope of the project.
- Scheduling: Weekly resource scheduling, 3 Week Look Ahead, and CPM.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen, you'll help drive day-to-day project execution while managing schedules, costs, and documentation.
- Manage the cost report, accounts receivable, and accounts payable of assigned projects.
- Implement and enforce company and client safety policies.
- Effectively tackles unforeseen challenges with creative solutions. (OR) Analyze complex issues and develop practical, efficient solutions.

Requirements
- Experience with both Public and Private construction is a plus.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent, relevant industry experience.
- 4-7 years Heavy civil experience (grading, paving, earthwork): Experience with both Public and Private construction is a plus.
- Able to read and understand Plans and Specifications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels.
- Experience coordinating work with subcontractors.
