- Deliver production-quality software as a hands-on senior developer within an AI pod.
- Partner with the workstream Product Owner to understand technical requirements, generate clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and guide the team on priorities and delivery sequencing.
- Maintain engineering quality, architectural coherence, and delivery velocity as requirements evolve.
- Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization, and design a technical solutions to meet those goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience delivering production applications.
- Familiarity with the platform stack (.NET, React / Next.js, Azure) and comparable enterprise technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience operating within an AI-first / AI-pod delivery model.
- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
