About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings - responding with speed and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Your ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and follow through with urgency will directly determine your impact - and your results.

Requirements

  • One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems
  • Flexible availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month
  • Work Schedule: This position follows a rotating schedule.
  • Two days per week: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Two days per week: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation

  • Up to $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
