About the role

- Performing preventative maintenance on various capital machines including saws, CNC's, press brakes, punches and folders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent organizational and 5S standards for maintenance.
- Manage relationships with external machine representatives and service providers.
- Sourcing parts, supplies and services as needed to maintain and repair all shop equipment, power and hand tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency with maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment is required
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals and specifications.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - no sponsorship available
- Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Able to work independently and be accountable for schedules and work performed.
Nice to have
- 3 to 5 axis aluminum extrusion fabrication CNCs
- Plate aluminum and steel shearing, punching and folding machines
- Silicone application pumps
- Lifting equipment (forklifts, walkies, overhead cranes)
- Experience with the following equipment is preferred:
Skills
- Report to management on misuse of tools and other company property.
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and experience repairing most of the following: CNC press brakes, punches and folders.
- Manual dexterity and skilled use of power and hand tools.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft applications and similar)
