Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, customer service agreements, vendor contracts, and real estate leases.
Assist with global and regional governance, risk assessment, and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
Conduct compliance training sessions for employees across different departments.
Provide legal guidance on industry-specific issues, including maritime regulations (preferred but not required).
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting the company's operations.
