About the role

  • As a vital member of our health care team, you'll provide top-notch patient care within your assigned department or unit.

Requirements

  • For certain roles, a BSN is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
  • If you're working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!
  • We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.

Nice to have

  • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred.
  • Acute care experience preferred, this unit will train nurses that have a strong desire to learn and grow.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.
  • Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Mentor and teach fellow nurses, sharing your knowledge and experience.
  • Step into leadership roles, with the chance to become a Charge RN.

Compensation

  • Pay Range USD $54.37 - USD $81.21 /Hr.
