About the role

  • LG currently mobilizes the church in the U.S. and 23 countries.
  • We currently have staff located in 3 different countries.
  • Our hope is that as laborers and leaders are trained and sent well to unreached peoples, they will see a multiplying impact among the lost.

Responsibilities

  • Part-time; Exempt; Support-raised
  • Launch Global exists to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups.
  • Launch Global (LG) exists to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups.
  • The International Operations Associate will work on the International Operations Team and alongside other support teams to accomplish this goal.
  • Support project planning for international initiatives.
  • Support international event planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments on cross team projects to support international staff.
  • Maintain and update operational policies to support international teams.
  • Manage administrative tasks within digital platforms (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace) to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across international teams
  • Provide recruiting and onboarding administrative support.
