- Senior level individual contributor responsible for core aspects of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance program within the InfoSec organization.
Responsibilities
- Writes, reviews and challenges IAM policies, standards and processes across the company to support business, strategic, security and regulatory needs.
- Develops, reviews and maintains a backlog of strategic and tactical IAM initiatives to reduce risk, increase usability and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders (IAM Specialists, Operations, HR, Procurement, IT) to define concrete requirements and prioritize future IAM initiatives.
- Leads and provides guidance in implementing complex IAM projects. Project management includes prioritization of activities, defining objectives, milestones, writing project status reports and overall ensure successful on-time implementation and deployment.

- This position is responsible for developing core partnerships across the organization including Access Governance, User Lifecycle Management, Identity and Directory Services, and Secrets Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
