Responsibilities
- Maintains, and complies with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Maintains competent knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Provide support for the hotel guests, staff and all areas of the hotel in all technological matters.
- Must always maintain positive guest and resident relations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering departments. Monitor completion of work orders submitted.
- Maintains confidentiality and security of specified hotel information, correspondence, reports and files.
- Provides telecommunication and internet support for administrative users and guests.
- Maintains current inventory records of all hardware products, software licenses, and maintenance agreements.
- Maintains the security of designated areas and confidentiality of all relevant information and documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces
Skills
- Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must have the ability to work in a diplomatic and co-operative manner
- Ability to multitask and function in a high-paced environment
- Hospitality experience necessary

- The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining the hardware and software of Faena New York computing environment.
- Will carry out administrative activities in accordance with standard operating procedures as set forth by the Information Systems Leaders.
- This full time position has an annual compensation of $125,000.
