About the role

  • As an Platform Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimizing the operations of Evio's proprietary rebate administration platform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with technology teammates to define, prioritize, test, and implement platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience
  • Troubleshoot platform and data issues, working with technology teammates to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Creatively solve operational business challenges to ensure the platform enhancements by the technology team effectively support the needs of the users and operators
  • Your work will help improve platform operations, strengthen rebate administration processes, and support smarter, data-driven decision-making.
