  • Job Description: SUMMARY: The Project Planner/Coordinator is responsible for scheduling manufacturing projects from engineering through to shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Creates schedules for multi-module projects which enables engineering, procurement, assembly, test, and shipping teams to effectively execute projects.
  • Improves and maintains standard build plans by working with assembly teams, engineering, manufacturing engineering and sales.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Nice to have

  • An associate degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two - four years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of XA and MRP or an equivalent ERP system is required.

  • The Project Planner/Coordinator is responsible for scheduling manufacturing projects from engineering through to shipment.
  • Coordinates between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to provide delivery dates for sales quotations.
  • Continuously monitors projects to identify and address issues that may affect the schedule.
  • Reports on projects status/risk, schedule, issues, and plan versus actual costs.
  • Acts as a liaison within operations to enable the effective flow of information and materials.
  • An associate degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
