About the role

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following: The Architect develops and maintains a unified global security policy framework covering physical security, cybersecurity, OT security, personnel vetting, supplier security, and crisis governance.
  • The Architect partners with Legal, Compliance, IT, OT, and Operations teams to ensure policy harmonization across jurisdictions and geographies.
  • The Architect leads periodic policy reviews, maturity assessments, and updates aligned with evolving risk and regulatory landscapes.
  • Employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise security governance or policy architecture.
  • Policies must be auditable and enforceable rather than aspirational.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred.

Skills

  • Fleet is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with satellite offices in Seattle, WA and Arlington, VA.
  • This role ensures that policies are enforceable, measurable, and aligned to regulatory, customer, and contractual

Compensation
