Responsibilities

  • Drive insights and actions for reseller partners and vendors. Identifies opportunities to increase usage of the Xvantage platform for both reseller partners and vendors.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services across the GTM organization.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to enable the sales team in their efforts to adopt category solutions and/or Ingram Micro value add.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Skilled in: Good communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to be a team player and to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability and willingness to identify and document process improvements for other Business Development Representatives, and act as a mentor or team leader amongst peers.

Requirements

  • A four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum of 1 year position specific experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales or solutions role within the technology industry, preferably with a focus on platform products or services is preferred.
  • These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong proficiencies of CRM functionality and utilization.
  • May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on certain customer or vendor category issues.
  • Work closely with key vendors to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $56,000.00 - $89,600.00 per year.
