Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical trajectory of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives while optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

- The Technical Lead will report directly to the Manager, Software Engineering.
- This role does not have any direct reports, but the Technical Lead will work closely with cross-functional project teams, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects within a Fortune 50 or comparable high-performance environment.
- Expertise in software development languages and frameworks pertinent to the organization's technology stack.
- Demonstrated proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective technical specifications.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in fostering innovation and managing team performance effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies within technical projects.
- The role demands the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.

- Extensive experience in scaling technology solutions to meet business growth within a heritage-focused organization, enhancing legacy integration with modern technology.
- Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, enabling the development of data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.

- Published contributions to industry journals or participation in conferences as a speaker or panelist, showcasing thought leadership in technology evolution and innovation within traditional industries.
