Responsibilities
- You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors.
- Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
- Manage accurate and organized donor information
- Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success.
Requirements
- 100% attendance required.
- 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.
- High School Diploma or GED - Required
- Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required
- Ability to travel as required
- Able to lift 40 pounds - Required
Compensation
- Base pay: $19.39 - $20.60
