About the role
- Praxis Health is hiring a Clinic Manager in Eugene, Oregon!
- In this role, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of all providers and office staff, ensuring the delivery of prompt, courteous, and high-quality care to our patients.
- Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with all HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Regional Administrator on development, implementation and training related to clinic goals, policies, procedures, mission, and work standards.
- Establishes and maintains communication as the liaison between employer, providers, staff and patients.
- Maintain performance standards of supervised employees including performance evaluations, discipline, training and development.
- Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating office policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage professional staff are essential.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in the management of a clinic.
- the ability to work with other department managers and supervisors
- experience with management of staff
- Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Compensation
- $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience
