Run the handoff from Sales at deal close in partnership with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering: validate services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness
Own go-live execution and the first 30 days post-launch: adoption tracking, rapid issue triage, and a structured handoff to the CSM
Build the implementation playbook: turn each rollout into a documented, repeatable framework that scales with the business

5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company
Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning the technical execution directly
Experience defining and enforcing services scope: scoping engagements, setting expectations on hours and deliverables, and managing scope creep

familiarity with enterprise migration patterns, SSO/SCIM provisioning, integration configuration at scale, or experience working alongside Solutions Engineering or Professional Services

EST time zone is preferred for this position.
