About the role

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) supports the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care to Seen Health PACE participants by carrying out treatment plans designed and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
This role helps participants maintain mobility, function, and independence across clinic, center, and home-based settings.
The PTA also contributes to equipment upkeep, quality improvement efforts, and day-to-day operational support of the therapy team.

Clinical Support & Treatment Delivery
Implement therapeutic exercise programs, mobility training, strengthening routines, balance activities, and other interventions geared toward improving functional outcomes.
Deliver modality-based treatments-including ultrasound, electrical stimulation (e-stim), and thermotherapy (hot/cold treatments)-in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
Quality Improvement & Administrative Support
Personal and professional development, including CME support and career growth opportunities

Ability to work autonomously within a team-based, interdisciplinary care environment.
Los Angeles required.
Ability to commute to Alhambra required.
Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification/licensure in the state of California.
Strong communication, observation, and clinical documentation skills.
